Our pick-up location is Charleston Park - 5850 Charleston Park Rd, Cumming, GA 30041, which is about 3 miles from 400. We suggest you arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to load the boat, use the restroom and park. You can pull up in front of the dock ramp to unload, but then you need to park your car near the restrooms at the top of the hill.

Yes, all boats come with a USCG licensed captain and a first mate so you can relax and enjoy your day on the lake.

Yes. We will provide a cooler. You may bring prepared food, snacks and drinks. Please remember, that alcohol consumption by minors is not allowed and will result in the cancellation of the remainder of the trip. We will not refund any costs in this situation. We have a zero-tolerance drug policy.

No, we are sorry for safety reasons pets are not permitted on the boats.

Yes. Every person in your group regardless of age or size counts towards the listed capacity limit. The passenger capacity limit on each boat is not flexible and we will do a head count before every departure. Any group found to be over capacity will not be allowed to leave the dock.

Life jackets are required by law for all children 12 years old or younger. Please bring your own life jackets for kids to ensure a proper fit. We have 10 adult size life jackets on board. Tiki Time also requires any guest who is mentally or physically impaired, elderly, medicated, intoxicated, or those who are not strong swimmers to wear a life jacket at all times. Our boat is equipped with all required safety equipment.

Yes. Our Captain and Crew work hard before, after, and during your charter to make sure the vessel is clean, safe, and comfortable for your cruise. A 15-20% tip paid directly to the captain is standard and is divided equally with the crew.

No, We have a strict nonsmoking/vaping policy on the boat for fire safety purpose and insurance.

Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Hookahs, tiki torches, grills, fireworks, and anything else that heats up is not allowed on the boats. DJ equipment, large speakers and pets of any kind are also not allowed on the boat. Finally, illegal drugs of any kind are not allowed on the boat.

Reservations may be cancelled at no charge if the cancellation is made with at least 72 hours notice, any cancellations after 72 hours notice or no call/no shows will be charged the entire balance. To cancel your reservation, please email us at info@tikitimelanier.com

Our boats are equipped with canopy that provides great protection from light to medium rain. Should conditions worsen, the safety and comfort of our passengers are of utmost importance, and we will work with you to reschedule. The Captain reserves the right to cancel should weather conditions affect safety. Should this situation arise, you will be given the option to receive a full refund or reschedule at a later date.
